Grief Support Services
Creating a new path after loss is complex work.
We often feel stuck or unsure of what we need to move forward after experiencing loss. Navigating the transition from "the life we had before" to a "new life after loss" can be confusing, filled with the mixed emotions and challenging obstacles.
Let's work together to shine a light on your unique pathway while compassionately honoring your loss experience.
I look forward to establishing a Client-Coach partnership focused on your goals and vision as you gain awareness and begin living the fullest life possible.

Work individually with Erica, a Certified Grief Recovery Method Specialist, in a 7-session format utilizing the proven process and materials of The Grief Recovery Method ®. In a private setting, Erica will support and guide you toward discovery, understanding and emotional healing. Each session lasts from 1-1.5 hours.
This 4-week program supports parents, guardians and those who work with children to help children effectively deal with their broken hearts, no matter the loss they are facing. Most adults find themselves unequipped when trying to help their children deal with any grieving experience that impacts them. Erica will guide all adults in this program through the evidence-based steps and share the necessary tools to help children with loss.
